I redesigned the ELIQUIS consumer website to make complex treatment information approachable for patients and caregivers. Leading the UX strategy, I organized dense content into modular pathways and developed a custom icon and illustration system to clarify medical concepts. Imagery and visual language were directed across the site to ensure a cohesive, patient-focused experience. This redesign transformed a dense, informational site into a clear decision-support tool and established a flexible framework for future campaign extensions.
